Three Islands Tour - Malta Enjoy an exciting and unmissable day visiting the islands surrounding Malta onboard the elegant sailing vessel, Captain Morgan. The Captain Morgan, which has ample deck space, fully stocked lounge bar and toilet facilities, will leave Sliema Marina at 9.30am, cruising south-eastwards. You'll pass Valletta - Malta's capital city, the Grand Harbour entrance, Marsascala Bay, St. Thomas Bay, Island Bay, Peter's Pool, Delimara Point and Marsaxlokk Bay - Malta's largest fishing village. You'll proceed north-westards, below the breathtaking Dingli Cliffs with the little island of Filfla to the south, past some of Malta's most popular sandy beaches. A great attraction is Anchor Bay, where you will have the opportunity to photograph "Popeye's Village", the actual set of the film Popeye which was shot on location here. Then across to the island of Comino and the crystal waters of the famous Blue Lagoon (or another bay depending on weather conditions). Here you can take an optional speed boat ride to visit the caves of Comino (€9.00 for adults and €6.00 for children under 12 years). At lunch, dine on a superb buffet spread and wine, served by the Captain Morgan's chef and stewards. After lunch, you'll cruise towards Dahlet Qorrot and San Blas Bay. You will see Ramla l-Hamra with its peculiar reddish sand and Calypso's Cave, as seen by Ulysses, high up in the rocks. You'll pass Marsalforn Bay along the rock-hewn saltpans, pass Wied l-Ghasri and Dwejra Bay with its historical Fungus Rock. Leaving Dwejra, cruise towards Xlendi Bay towards the picturesque fishing port at Mgarr. Here, you'll enter the magnificent harbour of Gozo, with its imposing breakwater. You'll cruise past the island of Comino towards Mellieha Bay and St. Paul's Island, where St.Paul was shipwrecked in 60AD, past St. Paul's Bay, the casino and picturesque St. Julian's Bay, reaching Sliema at approximately 5.30pm.
